  • 2010 Bond Buyer Northeast Deal of the Year

    The California School Finance Authority Educational Facilities as bond counsel in connection with a $12 million direct subsidy qualified school construction bonds to fund construction of a K-8 charter school facility located on the Chula Vista campus of High Tech High.

  • 2010 Bond Buyer Far West Deal of the Year

    Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Project as borrower’s counsel in connection with $650 million of Second Priority Liberty Revenue Refunding Bonds to refund $650 million of variable rate demand bonds issued to fund a portion of the cost of a 51-story office tower to serve as the New York Headquarters of Bank of America (tallest building in New York after the Empire State Building). This was the first project ever to utilize financings in both the property securitization market and the public finance market.
