Paralegals

Paralegals play a vital role at Orrick. As a part of our litigation team, paralegals work collaboratively with lawyers and professional staff by assisting in all phases of case preparation, including gathering, analyzing, and organizing information, and drafting legal pleadings, discovery summaries and responses, motions, and other legal documents.

Our corporate paralegals work closely with lawyers and clients by assisting with incorporation and start-up for emerging companies, drafting stock option and venture financing documents, and updating a company's capitalization table.
